Job summary

International Medical Corps (UK) is seeking a Grants Administration and Reporting Manager to ensure donor compliance, manage reporting, and coordinate information flows for country programs. The role supports training staff and partners to standardize reporting and proposal development, and develops high quality communication products for external audiences.

The successful candidate will compile, analyze and report field data, coordinate with HQ, and oversee budgets and grant performance

Qualifications

• Experience in grants administration and donor reporting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Country Director and MEAL management to ensure timely compilation of program data.
• Develop and draft proposals, budgets, and supporting documents.
• Maintain grants filing system and monitor grant performance against indicators.
• Prepare donor-facing reports and communications tools for internal and external audiences.
