Qualifications

• Experience leading complex humanitarian programs in a developing country context.
• Strong governance, budgeting, and program oversight skills.
• Proven ability to develop strategic plans and proposals.
• Experience with donor reporting and compliance.
• Excellent leadership and staff development abilities.

Responsabilités

• Develop country specific strategic plan and proposals for programs in line with IMC’s global operational framework.
• Coordinate with headquarters and country departments to design and implement high-quality programs within time and budget.
• Lead with partners to identify strategies for maintaining essential services and systems.
• Structure the country team for efficient operations and monthly pipeline reporting.
• Participate in writing and reviewing proposal applications.
• Provide technical inputs to programs with reference to financial management and reporting.
• Ensure country office participation in UN Clusters and liaise with donors and funding instruments.
• Coordinate monthly pipelines review and ensure alignment of spending with program implementation.
• Oversee compliance with agency standards, donor regulations and local laws.
• Develop a funding mobilization strategy and expand the donor portfolio.
• Lead HR activities, security coordination, training and capacity building.
