Job summary

National Church Institutions (Church of England) invites applications for a fixed-term Net Zero Carbon Fundraising Administrator to support grant-making operations and customer service for parishes and dioceses. The role focuses on Give to Go Green with administrative tasks, panel support, and data management.

The post holder will liaise with the Head of Net Zero Carbon Fundraising and project managers, joining a remote-capable team in a national fundraising programme.

Qualifications

• Substantial hands-on administrative experience, ideally in grant-making or high-profile programmes.
• Experience developing and maintaining administrative systems and processes.
• Strong relationships with staff and external stakeholders at all levels.
• High IT literacy with Microsoft applications and data management systems.
• Sympathetic understanding of the Church of England Net Zero Carbon Programme.

Responsibilities

• Support Give to Go Green grant-making operations and documentation.
• Take minutes and maintain clear records of grants panel decisions.
• Prepare grant outcomes, agreements, and payment requests with Finance input.
• Manage grant filing in SharePoint and the Grant Management System.
• Provide customer support for parishes and dioceses and assist events/training.
