Job summary

Qualifications

  • Degree level qualification or equivalent education, training or experience.
  • Experience in preparing large, complex grant proposals.
  • Knowledge of UK research funding and impact / innovation landscape.
  • Excellent project management skills to handle multiple projects and timelines.
  • Numerical ability to review budgets and pricing models.
  • Analytical ability to interpret regulations and identify funding opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Build a strong pipeline of future large grant winners.
  • Deliver training to support a shift toward larger, interdisciplinary team bids.
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of research projects and provide authoritative grant capture advice.
