Job summary

The National Lottery Heritage Fund is recruiting a permanent, full-time Grant Management Compliance and Assurance Manager. The role is based in any of our offices (Birmingham, Edinburgh, Leeds, Manchester, Newcastle or Nottingham) with hybrid working.

The postholder will lead and coordinate the delivery of improvement activities from grant management assurance reviews and compliance risk reviews, and operationalise the grants compliance framework, including support to the Grants Compliance Panel

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating improvement activities from grant management assurance reviews and compliance risk reviews.
• Ability to operationalise a grants compliance framework and provide administrative support to a governance panel.
• Commitment to making heritage funding fair and responsible through thorough oversight.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the delivery of improvement activities identified from grant management assurance reviews and compliance risk reviews.
• Operationalise the Heritage Fund’s grants compliance framework and provide admin support to the Grants Compliance Panel.
• Maintain oversight of progress to address projects adjudged as non-compliant.
