The National Lottery Heritage Fund is recruiting a Grant Management Compliance and Assurance Manager on a permanent basis. This full-time role is based in Birmingham with hybrid working across our offices.

You will lead and deliver key compliance and assurance activities for grant funding, applying government standards and risk management best practices within the heritage sector. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of fraud risk issues and detection techniques in grant funding.
• Understanding of Government Grant Management Standards and grant management lifecycle.
• Experience in compliance, risk management or internal auditing in heritage/non-profit/government sectors.
• Clear and concise written and spoken English communication.
