Your responsibilities:

• Model positive practices aligning with Grandir UK values
• Ensure equal access and opportunities for all staff, children, and parents
• Supervise and support children at all times
• Maintain an attractive and welcoming environment
• Assist in preparing and supervising activities under Level 3 qualified Practitioners
• Implement company policies, procedures, and operational practices
• Adhere to updates in policies and practices within designated timescales
• Ensure compliance with the Early Years Foundation Stage requirements
• Report concerns regarding policies or practices to your line manager
• Maintain a positive attitude with children, parents, visitors, and colleagues
• Respect confidentiality where appropriate
• Attend staff meetings, planning sessions, and training as required
