What will you be doing:
  • Provide a positive role model to ensure that Grandir UK values are maintained
  • Ensure equality of access and opportunity for all staff, parents, and children
  • Supervise and support children at all times
  • Contribute to maintaining an attractive and welcoming environment
  • Prepare and supervise activities under the guidance of Level 3 qualified Practitioners
  • Read, understand, and implement all company policies, procedures, and practices
  • Adhere to any changes in policies and procedures within the required timescales
  • Ensure practice meets the requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage
  • Notify your line manager of any concerns regarding policies and practices
  • Maintain a positive attitude with children, parents, visitors, and colleagues
  • Ensure confidentiality where appropriate
  • Attend staff meetings, planning sessions, and undertake training as required
