Job summary

Grandir UK Limited is seeking a GrandFlex Bank Practitioner (Qualified) to provide flexible, on-demand nursery support across a local cluster. You’ll work in a variety of Grandir nurseries, delivering high-quality care and learning experiences while maintaining safeguarding standards.

The role emphasizes flexibility and the ability to travel between sites, with no fixed weekly hours. You’ll be part of a supportive team and gain varied exposure to different settings within the Grandir UK network.

You'll work across a friendly cluster of nearby Grandir UK nurseries, stepping in to support our teams whenever extra help is needed.

What You'll Be Doing

As a GrandFlex Bank Practitioner, you'll:

• Deliver high-quality care and learning experiences for children.
• Create safe, nurturing and engaging environments where children can thrive.
• Support children's development through play and planned activities.
• Work alongside nursery teams to maintain excellent standards of care.
• Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.
• Follow EYFS requirements and Grandir UK's policies and procedures.
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality and safeguarding standards at all times.

You'll have:

• Previous experience working in an early years or nursery setting.
• A positive attitude and willingness to support different nursery teams.
