GrandFlex Bank Nursery Assistant role within GrandirUK offers flexible scheduling without a fixed weekly rota, enabling you to work 1 day one week and four the next across a cluster of nearby nurseries.

You will help deliver high-quality care and learning experiences, support child development through play, and follow EYFS requirements while maintaining safeguarding standards. Earn up to £14 per hour with weekly earnings options through Dayforce Wallet and access to employee discounts.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Support children’s development through play and planned activities.
• Work alongside nursery teams to maintain excellent standards of care.

• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality and safeguarding standards at all times.

What We’re Looking For

You’ll have:

• A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development.
• Previous experience working with children in an early years, nursery or childcare setting is desirable.
• A willingness to learn and develop your knowledge and skills within early years.
• The flexibility to travel across our local nursery cluster.
• A positive attitude and willingness to support different nursery teams.
