Job summary

Stantec Inc. seeks a Graduate Water Networks Modeller in Reading to build hydraulic modelling expertise and support infrastructure planning for water networks.

You will gain hands-on experience in model calibration, data interpretation, and evidence-based outputs while working with a multidisciplinary team. We support professional progression toward ICE/CIWEM chartership and provide opportunities across modelling, digital services, asset management, and design.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field with interest in water networks.
• Willingness to develop professional qualifications (ICE, CIWEM) through a structured plan.
• Keen interest in water industry and asset performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop hydraulic modelling to analyse water network performance and inform planning.
• Calibrate models, interpret data, and produce evidence-based outputs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across modelling, digital services, and asset management.
• Support resilience, leakage reduction, and pressure management initiatives.
