Job summary

Pick Everard is seeking a Graduate Civil Engineer - Water to join the Water Civil Engineering team in Bristol for 2027, with options for Leeds or London offices. You will contribute to innovative water and wastewater projects, supported by a national team and structured early-careers development.

You will work under supervision on design tasks, assist in project management, and develop technical and professional skills through mentoring and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• BEng in Civil Engineering, preferably with water focus.
• Aim to achieve IEng or CEng.
• Some experience with consultants or contractors desirable.
• Solid understanding of hydraulic analysis and water/wastewater treatment processes.

Responsibilities

• Undertake analysis and assist in design, drawings, reports and calculations under supervision.
• Assist in project management from feasibility to completion with budget awareness.
• Identify feasible options to deliver wastewater and/or cleanwater infrastructure across regions in the UK.
• Carry out assigned work accurately within deadlines.
• Attend meetings with senior staff and support site inspections.
