Job summary

Tetra Tech, Inc. is seeking graduates in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering to join our Water Consultancy team in the UK.

You will contribute to feasibility studies, concept designs, and detailed design and construction support for water and wastewater assets, pipelines, and networks. You will work in multidisciplinary teams, develop practical design skills, perform calculations, produce drawings and reports, and travel occasionally to client sites while hybrid working across Derby,

Qualifications

• A degree in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
• Good written and verbal communication skills; interest in UK water sector.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
• Basic computing skills including MS Office and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support live design projects by preparing technical information, calculations, drawings, schedules and reports.
• Contribute to calculations, drawings, specifications and design packages.
• Develop understanding of design standards, health and safety, QA and UK Water Frameworks.
• Travel occasionally to client sites and project meetings.
