Unlock your passions at Usk Vets

We are a fantastic, friendly practices located in the stunning countryside town of Usk. Nice social and sporting facilities, the river Usk runs nearby for local walks, good commuting and easy access road links.

We have a good sized team of 6 Vets and 9 Nurses, a number of them achieved or training for certificates. Members of the team hold certificates in Medicine, Radiography, Surgery ISFM.

We have excellent facilities and equipment including full dental suite with x-ray, ultrasound, DR x-ray suite, endoscopy and bronchoscopy, Idexx lab suite, mpm, walk in kennels, Isolation Unit, Heat Mats, fluid pumps and much more.

Step into a supportive start

Our Vets work 4 hours per week Monday to Friday, with a 1 in 6 week rolling rota. Hours between 8:30am - 7pm and 1 in 3 weekends.

We have a number of Vets with years of experience who are all helpful and happy to support you. You will be mentored under our Clinical Director who has attended plenty of IVC graduate courses.

You will have access to our communal work van for house visits.
