Unlock your passions at Letchworth Veterinary Centre

Letchworth Veterinary Centre is a small animal practice located in the lovely town of Letchworth in the North Hertfordshire district of Hertfordshire. Less than 40 miles north of central London, North Hertfordshire is an attractive area with many villages, hamlets, and market towns. We are situated close to the town centre and have very good transport links. We are also close to green spaces if you love the outdoors. You may also be required to work at our Deepdale Veterinary Centre.

We have a supportive and friendly team of 4 FTE Vets, 5 FTE RVNs and a fantastic reception team. Within our team, we have a certificate in Ophthalmology. We also have 1 Vet working on an Exotics certificate and 1 Vet working on a Small Animal Medicine certificate. Our team of Vets, Nurses and receptionists all work together to provide a professional, caring and friendly service for the pets that visit us and their owners.

Practice facilities include digital x-ray, ultrasound, tonometry, slit lamp, dental x-ray, phovia lamp and separate dog & cat wards.

Step into a supportive start

40 hours per week over 4 or 5 days per week which is flexible depending on your needs. You will be part of our Saturday rota working 1 in 5 Saturday mornings. No OOH or on call which allows a great work-life balance.

We have a wonderful and very supportive team who are looking forward to welcoming a new graduate. We are already experienced with looking after graduates and have success with this.
