Job summary

AECOM in St Albans is seeking a Graduate Transport Planner to join our Transport Planning Team with hybrid work arrangements between St Albans and London. This entry-level role offers training and opportunities to contribute to a range of transport planning projects from day one.

You will support data collection, transport strategies, model development and feasibility studies while collaborating with senior staff on live UK projects.

• Interest in developing a career in transport planning and working towards chartership.

Responsibilities

• Data collection and analysis.
• Development of transport strategies and plans.
• Developing and applying transport models.
• Scheme development and appraisal.
• Preparation of transport assessments for developments.
• Preparation of business cases for transport schemes.
• Assisting in the preparation of reports, presentations, bids and proposals.
• Attending meetings and workshops with clients, other discipline members and stakeholders.
