Graduate Training Programme:

• Complete an intensive 3-month training programme at the company’s offices in Letchworth and in the field shadowing sales staff
• Learn about key business areas, markets, and products
• Develop sales skills with sales training
• Be mentored by a successful manager
• Work in a dynamic, hands-on environment

Progression to Field Sales:

• Travel and build relationships with key B2B customers in your territory (OX, HP, SL, WD, HA, MK, LU postcodes)
• Represent the business by winning new business and growing existing accounts
• Present, communicate, and negotiate with customers
• Manage your own customer accounts and schedule
• Receive ongoing development and opportunities for progression
