Graduate Training Programme:

• Complete an intensive 3-month training program at the company’s offices in Letchworth and in the field shadowing experienced sales staff.
• Learn about key business areas, market dynamics, and the product range.
• Develop sales skills through dedicated training.
• Receive mentorship from a motivated and successful manager.
• Work in a dynamic, hands-on environment.

Progression to Field Sales:

• Travel within your territory to build relationships with key B2B customers, covering OX, HP, SL, WD, HA, MK, and LU postcodes.
• Represent the business by winning new business and expanding existing accounts.
• Present, communicate, and negotiate with diverse customers.
• Manage your customer accounts and schedule.
• Enjoy ongoing professional development and opportunities for advancement within the company and group.

Rewards:

As a Graduate Trainee Sales Manager, you will receive:

• Starting salary of £28,000 – £29,000
