Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant
£25,000 - £30,000 + Uncapped Commission
Location – Edgbaston, Birmingham
Are you a recent graduate looking to kickstart your career in recruitment? Are you looking for an opportunity where you can support other graduates in securing their first role, receive outstanding training, earn uncapped commission, and support the education sector at the same time?

The Graduate Network is looking to add a graduate trainee recruitment consultant to the Birmingham team to support schools across the West Midlands. As a graduate trainee recruitment consultant you will learn the ropes of recruitment, develop your communication skills and build lasting relationships with schools and candidates. Now, this is a sales role which means you need to be a confident communicator who is driven by achieving results and solving problems.

You will thrive in this role if you:
