Marsh in Glasgow is seeking a motivated Graduate Trainee Client Manager to join our Private Clients Team. This role offers a fantastic entry into insurance with a global leader, supporting a varied client portfolio and learning to manage renewals, mid-term adjustments, and enquiries.
You will gain practical insurance knowledge, build strong client relationships, and work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a hybrid arrangement (four days in the office after probation).
We’re looking for a motivated and ambitious Graduate Trainee Client Manager to join our Private Clients Team. As a Graduate Trainee Client Manager, you’ll play an important role in supporting a varied portfolio of clients and learning how to manage day‑to‑day servicing activity, including renewals, mid‑term adjustments, quotations, and client enquiries. You’ll develop practical insurance knowledge, build strong client relationships, and gain exposure to the marine insurance market.
