Job summary

Achilles is offering a Graduate Trainee position based in Belfast, UK. The programme develops future talent with exposure to client engagement, sales, supplier audits, ESG and data analysis.

You will rotate across business areas, gaining commercial awareness, technical skills and leadership potential, aligned to a two-year development pathway. You will join a collaborative team, contribute to dashboards and client reporting, and progress toward a permanent specialist or leadership role within

Sales & Commercial Support• Support lead generation and pipeline development• Conduct market and competitor research• Assist with proposals, presentations, and pitches• Collaborate with sales teams to identify growth opportunities3.
