Job summary

Leonardo is seeking a Graduate Test Systems Engineer to join our 18-month Graduate Programmes in the United Kingdom. You will develop test solutions across RF, microwave, antenna, and high-speed digital technologies, collaborating with Electronics, Systems, Software, Mechanical, and Supportability teams.

The programme combines on-the-job learning with formal training to accelerate your career. You will spend at least three days each week on site to integrate with your team and maximise learning.

Qualifications

• A minimum of a 2:2 Bachelor's/Integrated Master’s degree, or higher (MSc/PhD).
• Disciplines include Electronics & Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Engineering Design, Communications Engineering, Engineering Physics, Applied Physics & Engineering Science.

Responsibilities

• Develop test solutions and test systems across RF, microwave, antenna and related technologies.
• Engage in all stages of the development lifecycle from requirements through to in-service support.
• Work on real development and production test solutions for internal and external customers.
• Benefit from on-the-job learning and formal training aligned to business needs and career goals.
