Job description

Junior/Graduate Test Engineer

Location: Redditch (Permanent)

This position offers the opportunity for development into a Test Engineer for the right individual who is self-driven for progressive and continued learning and development.

Job Purpose

To develop PCB functional and Final Assembly Test equipment (FT and Autocal) and support its day-to-day use in a high-volume manufacturing test capacity.

General / Generic Skills and Experience:

1. Good technical communication skills.
2. Able to work under own initiative to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner.
3. To be able to communicate clearly and empathetically, both verbally and in written formats.
4. Have a desire for constant learning and self-development.
5. Able to work effectively within a team environment.
