This entry-level role is perfect for someone looking to launch their career in software testing. Most importantly, we’re looking for potential. The role
Test Analysts are essential members of our Scrum teams. From day one, you will learn alongside experienced professionals, making valuable contributions by thinking and acting like our end users. With a strong desire to learn, you will serve as the advocate for quality in your Scrum events and product development processes.

Step 2 – Screening call (expected to be w/c 5 May)
We'll arrange a 15-minute call with you to discuss the role in a little more detail. This will be via Teams.
Step 3 – Assessment Day (Wednesday 21 May 2025)
Our Assessment Day is a great opportunity for you to gain deeper insight into our business, the role, and the team you could be joining. Throughout the day, you'll take part in a variety of interactive exercises designed to reflect real aspects of the role. You'll also meet members of our Test team and get a feel for our working environment and culture.
As part of the day, you'll have a short, informal interview with a member of our Tech team, giving us a chance to learn more about you and your potential fit within the team.
The Assessment Day will take place at our office in Altrincham on Wednesday 21 May 2025.
Step 4 – The results
You will be notified the outcome shortly afterwards. If you are unsuccessful this time, as you have taken the time to meet with us, we will happily give our time in return to provide you with feedback to help you in future interviews.
