Job summary

Fluor Corporation invites graduates to join its Graduate Programme in Farnborough, Hampshire. You will work on major projects across oil & gas, energy transition, chemicals, mining and infrastructure, from concept to execution, under experienced engineers.

The programme offers hybrid working, a six-month salary review plan, nine-day fortnights and structured development aligned with IET Chartered Engineer pathways. Candidates should be on track for a 2:1 or higher and able to relocate to the UK.

Qualifications

• Be studying towards, or have recently completed a Bachelors or Masters degree.
• Be on track to achieve, or have achieved, a 2:1 degree classification or above.
• Be available to start in September 2027 and relocate to Farnborough, Hampshire.
• Have the right to work in the UK. Unfortunately, we are unable offer sponsorship for this role.

Responsibilities

• Support projects across Oil & Gas, Energy Transition, Chemicals & Process Industries, Mining and Infrastructure.
• Assist in the design, development and delivery of engineering solutions from concept through to execution.
• Collaborate with experienced professionals to contribute to major projects across sectors.
