Job summary

Fluor Corporation in Farnborough is offering a Graduate Electrical Engineering opportunity for 2027. You will join a structured graduate development programme, working on design, development and delivery of engineering solutions from concept through execution.

The role supports projects across energy, chemicals and infrastructure, with a hybrid working arrangement, and a path toward Chartered Engineer registration. Begin in September 2027 and relocate to Farnborough if required.

Qualifications

• Be studying towards, or have recently completed, a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
• Be on track to achieve, or have achieved, a 2:1 degree classification or above
• Be available to start in September 2027 and relocate to Farnborough, Hampshire
• Have the right to work in the UK. Sponsorship is not offered for this role.

Responsibilities

• Join Fluor's Graduate Programme and contribute to the design, development and delivery of engineering solutions from concept to execution.
• Support projects across the energy, chemicals and infrastructure sectors, including Oil & Gas, Energy Transition, and related industries.
• Work alongside experienced professionals to gain hands-on experience on major UK and international projects.
