Job summary

Fluor invites graduates to join its Graduate Programme in Farnborough, offering exposure to major projects across energy, chemicals and infrastructure. You will work on concepts through execution, learning from industry professionals in a hybrid environment with flexible hours.

The programme supports Chartered Engineer progression (CEng) with mentoring, an IET-accredited development pathway, and opportunities to contribute to both UK and international projects.

Qualifications

• Be currently studying towards, or have recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• Be on track to achieve, or have achieved, a 2:1 degree classification or above.
• Be available to start in September 2027 and relocate to Farnborough, Hampshire.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the design, development and delivery of engineering solutions from concept through to execution.
• Contribute to projects across energy, chemicals, and infrastructure sectors.
• Support major UK and international projects within a structured graduate development programme.
