Job summary

InPost UK is launching a Graduate Technology & Transformation Partner programme. From day one you’ll work on real projects, alongside experienced colleagues, across technology transformation and business initiatives.

You’ll own tasks, analyse data, explore ideas, and communicate insights. The role is designed for recent graduates with a 2:1 in tech or math, who are curious, proactive and ready to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2:1 degree in technology, mathematics or another relevant discipline.
  • Graduated within the last three years (2024, 2025, 2026).
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Comfortable working with data and drawing conclusions.

Responsibilities

  • Own projects from start to finish – take responsibility for delivering projects and managing priorities.
  • Solve real business problems – understand challenges, analyse information and develop practical solutions.
  • Explore new ideas – support exploratory and innovation projects, testing new approaches.

You don’t need to be a technical expert. We’re much more interested in how you think, how you solve problems and how you approach new challenges.

What We Need From You

We’re looking for graduates who are curious, proactive and excited by the opportunity to work in a fast-changing technology environment.

  • Have a minimum 2:1 degree in a technology, mathematics or another relevant discipline.
  • You’ll need to have graduated within the last three years in 2026, 2025 or 2024.
  • Are naturally curious and enjoy understanding how things work.
  • Have strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Are confident working with data and drawing conclusions from information.
  • Take initiative rather than waiting to be told what to do.
  • Are comfortable managing your own workload and taking responsibility for your work.
  • Communicate clearly and confidently, both verbally and in writing.
  • Enjoy working collaboratively and building relationships with different teams.
  • Feel comfortable working in a fast paced environment where priorities are rapidly changing

  • Experience with data and AI through university projects, internships, placements or part-time work.
