Job summary

Student Times is recruiting a Graduate Technical Sales Engineer for the Ground Engineering sector in the Northwest. The role focuses on delivering geotechnical services, nurturing client relationships, and expanding the customer base.

A Civil Engineering background with sales drive is preferred, with a full-time permanent position on offer. Base salary ranges from 35,000 to 40,000 with 2% commission, an electric company car, pension, and holiday benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or similar discipline.
• Good knowledge of the Ground Engineering sector.
• Commercial understanding.
• Knowledge of subsidence and sub structures is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Respond to warm inbound leads from the website.
• Generate new leads and sales within the infrastructure sector.
• Use CRM and lead generation tools to pre-qualify inbound leads.
• Arrange site visits and produce client quotes based on requirements.
• Follow up to close the sale and build client relationships.
