Job summary

Penguin Recruitment Ltd in Manchester is seeking a Graduate Geotechnical Engineer to join their expanding team. This role is suitable for a recent graduate or someone with up to 12 months' experience looking to develop a career in environmental and geotechnical consultancy.

You will work across ground investigations, soil and rock logging, groundwater monitoring and Phase I/II assessments, supporting environmental sampling and reporting across Manchester and the UK.

Qualifications

• Degree in Geology, Geo-Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Earth Sciences or related subject.
• Ground investigation or contaminated land experience beneficial.
• Willingness to travel across Manchester and the UK.
• Full UK driving licence or working towards one.
• Strong communication and report writing skills.

About the Role

A leading environmental and engineering consultancy is seeking a Graduate Geotechnical Engineer to join their Manchester team. This is a great opportunity for a graduate or candidate with up to one year's experience to develop their career within a supportive and expanding consultancy.

The Graduate Geotechnical Engineer will work across ground investigation, contaminated land, environmental monitoring and technical reporting projects throughout Manchester and the UK.
