The role:

At AlphaSights, our people are our greatest asset and are integral to the service we provide. As a Technical Recruiting Associate in our London office, you will develop creative and innovative strategies to identify and engage world-class talent across various technology and strategy roles. You will also be responsible for thoroughly screening candidates and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process.

What you’ll do:

• Manage the candidate selection: Screen CVs and evaluate candidates against desired characteristics to ensure role and values alignment.
• Lead sourcing initiatives: Conduct research and employ sourcing campaigns to find and engage candidates across pipelines and geographies.
• Provide a best-in-class candidate experience: Manage communications, educate candidates about opportunities, and facilitate a positive experience.
• Own the full recruiting lifecycle: Manage the process from attraction to contracts and background checks.
• Build strong relationships with the Technology & Strategy leadership team: Navigate hiring manager preferences and align with recruiting philosophy.
• Collaborate on ad-hoc projects: Work with teams to improve processes and candidate/internal stakeholder experience.

Who you are:

• You hold a Bachelor’s degree, with strong academic credentials.
• Highly driven and proactive: Excellent planning, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communicator: Strong verbal and written skills to convey messages confidently to candidates and teams.
• Meticulous: High standards, attention to detail, and a methodical work approach.
• Adaptable mindset: Open to iterating recruiting approaches and flexible in facing challenges to bring top talent onboard.
