Job Description:

Within this role, you’ll be involved in software support and development projects of varying size and complexity, working with our clients to provide them with new and innovative software solutions that help them meet their business goals:

  • Work with clients to help define their requirements and ensure solutions meet their needs.
  • Capture and document client use cases and requirements.
  • Conduct reviews and walkthroughs of documentation and software changes, both internally and with clients.
  • Develop solutions based on technical designs.
  • Collaborate with the client and internal testing teams to ensure understanding of solutions and testing requirements.
  • Work with the wider delivery team to address challenges during build.
  • Ensure coding standards are met and code reviews are performed.
  • Execute tests to validate designs and requirements.
  • Maintain documentation according to standards.
  • Investigate support issues and work with clients for resolution.
  • Coordinate during projects and small changes with the implementation/release team.
  • Provide feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Assist clients with the implementation of Figaro functionality as needed.

  • Strong team working and communication skills, confident in dealing with clients.
  • Good written and oral communication skills.
  • Prior software development experience preferred but not essential (training provided).
