The Role – Nuclear 360 Recruitment Consultant

We’re looking for ambitious, results-driven professionals to join our dynamic team. As a Nuclear 360 Consultant, you'll play a pivotal role in business development and candidate delivery, owning the full recruitment lifecycle in the nuclear sector.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Leading a new division focusing on nuclear.
  • Driving new business through outbound sales and relationship building.
  • Meeting clients on-site and at headquarters to develop partnerships.
  • Attending industry conferences and networking events.
  • Exceeding revenue and placement targets.
  • Generating leads via market research, sourcing, and cold calling.
  • Collaborating with the Delivery Team to identify top talent and manage hiring processes.
  • Negotiating salaries, contracts, and closing deals.
  • Owning your market and building your own team as you grow.

What We’re Looking For:

  • At least 2 years of experience in nuclear energy recruitment, sales, or business development.
  • Self-motivated with a passion for success.
  • Resilient and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Education to A-Level or degree (preferred but not essential).
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM/ATS systems.
  • Outgoing personality and good at connecting with people.
