Job summary

Wellington Management invites applications for the Technology Associate (Graduate) programme in London. You’ll join the Global Data & Application Support (GDAS) team and help ensure data accuracy for investment professionals while collaborating with offshore colleagues and development teams.

A mentor-led, hands-on environment will support you from day one as you build in-demand tech and financial services skills.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of SQL, Python, prompt engineering, and generative AI technologies.
• Familiarity with GraphQL is a plus.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Interest in financial services and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Ensure data accuracy and timely updates for investment professionals
• Collaborate with offshore colleagues and act as a point of escalation
• Partner with development teams to solve complex problems and document solutions
• Assist in integrating AI technologies into support workflows
• Use SQL, Python, GraphQL, and prompt engineering to enhance data processes
• Engage in proactive problem-solving and continuous improvement
