Capgemini Invent UK is offering a Graduate Programme for Enterprise Data & Analytics, Associate Consultant. August/September/November starts across London, Manchester, and Newcastle, with hybrid working and a structured academy for rapid skill development.

You will work on data & AI projects, learn consulting foundations, and gain real client experience while evolving through a 19–21 month Accelerate Programme.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2:2 degree or equivalent.
• Current studies must have completed degree prior to start date.
• Interest in data, analytics, AI and technology-driven problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience on client projects from day one.
• Contribute to transformation programmes delivering real business value.
• Participate in Enterprise Data Analytics Academy for professional and technical growth.
• Build core consulting skills: business analysis, stakeholder management, agile delivery, design thinking, storytelling and communication.
• Support clients in solving complex business, data, analytics and AI challenges.
• Develop expertise in AI, data visualization, cloud platforms, automation tools, and languages like Python and SQL.
• Apply skills on live client engagements delivering innovative solutions and tangible outcomes.
• Collaborate across teams and contribute to thought leadership and knowledge sharing initiatives.
