Qualifications

• Recent graduate with strong mathematical/analytical foundation.

• Confident communicating ideas to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Learn EXL's Data, AI, and Analytics capabilities and industry expertise.
• Research emerging trends across sectors including Insurance, Retail, Healthcare, and Financial Services.
• Identify opportunities to apply ideas across industries.
• Use AI tools to co-create concepts, solutions, and client propositions.
• Support development of presentations, thought leadership, and client materials.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and new technologies.
• Transform research into clear, engaging PowerPoint presentations.
