Graduate Teaching Assistant - September 2025 Start (Northfields, Ealing)
Full-Time | Fixed Term Contract | Ideal for Aspiring Teachers or Psychology Graduates

Are you a graduate passionate about making a real difference in children's lives? Are you looking to gain hands-on classroom experience before pursuing a career in education, psychology, or a related field?

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Graduate Teaching Assistant to join a nurturing and inclusive primary school in the Northfields area of Ealing. Starting in September 2025, this full-time role is ideal for graduates with experience working with children and a strong commitment to supporting all aspects of pupil development.

The Role:
  1. Support children in the Early Years Foundation Stage with a particular focus on individual needs, including 1:1 support.
  2. Promote the learning, personal development, and wellbeing of all pupils, including during lunchtimes.
  3. Work closely with class teachers, the Inclusion Team, and external specialists.
  4. Help create an inclusive, nurturing, and engaging learning environment.
  5. Contribute to a team that values reflection, collaboration, and professional growth.
What We're Looking For:
  • Graduates with experience supporting children, particularly those with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
  • Individuals with strong English and Maths skills (minimum GCSE level or equivalent).
  • Passionate, patient, and proactive candidates who want to make a difference.
