Are you a passionate English graduate looking to gain classroom experience before embarking on a career in teaching?
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Graduate English Teaching Assistants to join a dynamic and supportive Secondary School in Harlow for the September 2025 academic year.
About the Role:
· Support students across KS3 and KS4 in English lessons
· Work closely with teachers to deliver engaging and effective learning experiences
· Provide one-to-one and small group interventions to help boost student progress
· Gain invaluable classroom experience ahead of a PGCE or teacher training route
About You:
· A degree in English, English Literature, or a related subject (2:2 or above)
· A passion for education and supporting young learners
· Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach
· A desire to train as a teacher in the future (preferred but not essential)
