Pay Rate: £84 - £108 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Daily Supply, Long-Term

GSL Education has an exciting opportunity for a Graduate Teaching Assistant (Secondary) to join a welcoming and well-respected sixth-form college in Ashington. This role is ideal for graduates looking to gain hands-on experience in the classroom while supporting students on their academic journey.

About the Role:
As a Graduate TA, you’ll play a vital part in helping students reach their full potential. You’ll work closely with teachers and support staff to create a positive and inspiring learning experience.

Key Responsibilities:
️ Assist with lesson planning and classroom activities
️ Provide one-to-one or small group support based on student needs
️ Support exam preparation, coursework and career planning
️ Foster an inclusive, encouraging, and safe learning environment

A degree in any subject

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Patience, resilience, and a can-do attitude
An updated CV (covering the last 10 years with no unexplained gaps)
An enhanced DBS registered to the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
