Tradewind Recruitment LTD is seeking enthusiastic graduates to join primary and secondary schools across Thurrock as Graduate Teaching Assistants. No previous school experience is essential—just the right attitude and a genuine interest in helping young people succeed.

Work alongside teachers to bring lessons to life, provide one-to-one and small-group support, and gain hands-on experience in education. This role offers a stepping stone into teacher training and related careers.

Qualifications

• A degree in any subject is welcome.
• Experience gained through tutoring, coaching, mentoring, volunteering, childcare or working with young people would be beneficial, but not essential.
