Job summary

Tradewind Recruitment is seeking enthusiastic graduates to join primary and secondary schools across Thurrock as Graduate Teaching Assistants. This role offers hands-on classroom experience and a meaningful way to support young learners.

No previous school experience is required; a degree in any subject is welcome. You will work with teachers to support pupils one-to-one and in small groups, helping them build confidence and achieve their best.

Qualifications

• Degree in any subject welcomed; no school experience required.
• Patient, approachable and confident communicating with others.
• Enthusiastic, adaptable and ready to get involved.
• Reliable, proactive and keen to learn from experienced teachers.
• Tutoring, coaching, mentoring, volunteering, childcare or working with young people is beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities
