Tradewind Recruitment is seeking Graduate Teaching Assistants to support pupils in both primary and secondary settings in Clacton-on-Sea, Essex. You will work in classrooms one-to-one or in small groups, helping pupils engage, build confidence and develop independence, including SEND support where needed.

This is a fantastic entry to education with exposure to diverse settings, robust safeguarding processes, and pathways toward teacher training and long-term careers.

Qualifications

• Graduates with a degree in any subject, especially education, psychology, sports, English, maths or child development.
• Positive, patient and proactive approach.
• Strong communicators who enjoy working with children and young people.
• Interest in pursuing teacher training or a longer-term career in education.
• Previous experience with children is desirable but not essential.

Responsabilités
