Job summary

KPI Education is recruiting graduates to join teaching support teams in secondary schools across Richmond, South West London for a September start. This role focuses on English, Maths, Science or Humanities and offers excellent training and mentoring.

You will support pupils in KS3/KS4, deliver small-group interventions and assist teachers with lesson delivery while gaining invaluable classroom experience and pathways into teacher training.

Qualifications

• A 2:1 or above in English, Maths, Science or a Humanities subject (2:2 considered with strong experience)
• A genuine passion for education
• Excellent communication skills
• The ambition to train as a teacher in the future
• The right to work in the UK (sponsorship unavailable)

Responsibilities

• Support pupils in your specialist subject across KS3 & KS4
• Deliver intervention sessions to small groups and individual students
• Assist teachers with lesson preparation and classroom delivery
• Build confidence and attainment in your subject area
• Become an integral member of a successful secondary school department
• Gain outstanding experience before progressing into teacher training
