What Could Your Role Involve?

Depending on the school and position, you could be supporting pupils in the classroom, working one-to-one with individual students, providing small-group intervention or assisting pupils with additional learning needs. You may work alongside classroom teachers, pastoral teams and SEN staff, giving you a valuable insight into the different roles involved in supporting young people within a secondary school.
