Protocol Education is hiring a Graduate Teaching Assistant to support primary pupils in Watford, Hertfordshire, starting September 2026. This full-time, long-term role offers valuable classroom experience and a pathway into teacher training.

We're looking for enthusiastic graduates and aspiring teachers to join primary schools across Watford as Teaching Assistants.
You don't necessarily need previous experience as a TA. If you've worked with children through tutoring, sports coaching, youth work, childcare, volunteering or similar activities, we'd love to hear from you.
You'll gain valuable hands‑on classroom experience while working alongside experienced teachers and school staff.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
