Job summary

Protocol Education is seeking a friendly Teaching Assistant to support pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 in Watford. The role involves working with teachers to deliver engaging lessons, providing one-to-one and small-group support, and helping children build confidence and independent learning.

Ideal candidates will be caring, reliable and able to work well in a team. Prior experience with children is desirable but not essential; training and safeguarding checks are provided.
