Milk Education is recruiting Graduate Teaching Assistants to work across a range of SEND and SEMH schools in Stockport. We are looking for enthusiastic, compassionate and motivated graduates who are keen to gain hands‑on experience supporting children and young people with additional needs.
This is an excellent opportunity for graduates in Psychology, Education, Sociology, Health & Social Care or related subjects who are considering a career in teaching, educational psychology, mental health or specialist education.
Provide 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with additional needs.
Support children with Autism (ASC), ADHD, SEMH, anxiety, depression and EBSNA.
Assist pupils with emotional regulation, behaviour management and engagement in learning.
Support pupils with communication, social development and independence.
Work closely with teachers, SENCOs and other support staff to create a positive learning environment.
Help deliver tailored learning activities and interventions.
Graduates in Psychology, Education, Sociology or related subjects are encouraged to apply.
