As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you'll be working with pupils in Year 5 who require additional support to reach their academic goals. You'll deliver targeted interventions, assist with classroom activities, and provide one-to-one guidance to help pupils develop their skills in core subjects. Your input will be key in boosting confidence and preparing students for the transition into Year 6.
You should hold a degree in any subject and have a genuine passion for working with children. A supportive attitude, clear communication skills, and the ability to engage pupils are essential. Any previous experience working with young people -particularly in a school or tutoring capacity- will enhance your application.
