The Opportunity:
·Graduate Teaching Assistant
·September 2025 start
·**Graduates with a 2:2 or above Hons degree required**
·1:1 & Small Group work
·Swindon, Wiltshire
·Full-time roles – Monday - Friday
·£480 - £530 per week
·The successful graduate must:
·A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent)
·A genuine interest in education and helping students achieve their potential.
·Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
·Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
·Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
·Previous experience in a school or educational setting (desirable but not essential).
·Knowledge of special educational needs (SEN) and strategies to support students with additional learning needs (desirable but not essential).
Key Responsibilities:
·Support teachers in the delivery of lessons and classroom activities.
·Provide one-on-one and small group support to students, particularly those who require additional assistance.
·Help create and prepare teaching resources and materials.
·Assist in managing classroom behavior and maintaining a safe and positive environment.
·Provide feedback on students’ progress and help identify areas for improvement.
·Support students with special educational needs, if required.
·Participate in school events and extracurricular activities as needed.
