Job summary

Prospero Teaching is recruiting a motivated graduate to support pupils in Southampton. This role offers hands-on classroom experience across EYFS, KS1 and KS2, with full training provided and no prior experience required.

You will work five days per week during term time, supporting pupils with a range of SEND needs and acting as a positive role model for young people.

Graduate Teaching Assistant - Southampton

Prospero Teaching are excited to be recruiting enthusiastic and motivated graduates who are eager to gain hand‑on classroom experience. These are long‑term, short‑term and day‑to‑day placements with immediate starts available, offering an excellent pathway into education.

No prior experience is required full training is provided. However, any experience working with children or young people (including in schools) will be highly beneficial.

Your Role Will Include:

• Working 5 days per week, term‑time only
• Supporting pupils with a range of SEND needs
• Working across EYFS, Key Stage 1 & 2

About the Successful Graduate / Teaching Assistant:
